1. Right to Return:

You have the right to return any product you purchased from Stapleton's Shop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Returns:

Only products in original condition are eligible for return. This means:

  • The product must be unopened, undamaged, and unused.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging materials and accessories.
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free returns: We will cover the return shipping cost only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described. You will need to provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for this benefit.
  • Customer-paid returns: For returns due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason not covered in section 2, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Return Process:

5. Shelfing Charges:

  • This fee will be waived for returns due to damaged or incorrect products, as long as photographic evidence is provided within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Replacements:

  • If you wish to receive a replacement for a damaged or incorrect product, we will ship it to you at no additional cost within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you request a replacement for a product that is not damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement product and all shipping charges.

7. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and processing it through our system.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or financial institution.

8. Exceptions:
